Three times World Champion figure skater and triple axel diva Mao Asada talked about Denis Ten’s show in Almaty with Vesti.kz.
The Japanese ice princess said that she was happy to perform at Ten’s show in Kazakhstan.
“I could not say no to Denis and that is why I came to Kazakhstan. Before coming to your country I knew little about it. But I definitely know more now. I liked Kazakhstan a lot and I am glad to open a new country for myself. I mostly skated in Japan, but after the Olympics in Vancouver I performed in South Korea. So for me Kazakhstan in the most distant country where I have performed,” Asada said.
The Vancouver Olympics silver medalist Asada performed at Denis and Friends. Olympic Energy in Almaty on May 29th. On June 1st, the figure skaters will perform in Astana.
