Landing process was controlled by three planes (An-26 and An-12), 14 MI-8 helicopters and 7 evacuation vehicles. After a medical check-up in a mobile hospital astronauts were sent to Karaganda airport for a flight to Chkalovskiy airport. The landing was scheduled for 08:00 a.m. Moscow time 149 km south-east of Zhezkazgan.
