Kazakhstan plans to sell the technologies it produces, Tengrinews.kz reports citing the Information Department of Kazakhstan Ministry of Industry and New Technologies.
"The National Agency of Technological Development jointly with HTSPE Ltd (Great Britain) have worked out a project called Strategy of development of technologies commercialization system in Kazakhstan and Concept of commercialization of innovative projects," the department states.
According to the Ministry, this project was developed based on Kazakhstan achievements, as well as the examples of the advanced practices of European and other countries.
"The experience of such countries with developed commercialization system as U.S., Great Britain, Finland, Japan, Germany, Korea, Israel, Chile and Russia was studied for development of the Concept of commercialization of innovative projects. The study allowed to get the concept cover the following issues: the components of commercialization, ways of commercialization of the research results, commercialization steps, barriers and critical success factors, main tools to speed up commercialization process, promotion and support of commercialization process," the Ministry noted and added that these two documents reflect all the necessary ways and steps of development of technologies commercialization system in Kazakhstan.
