Nursultan Nazarbayev and Vladimir Putin have signed a joint actions plan for 2013-2015, Tengrinews.kz reports, citing Kazakhstan President’s official website. During the talks in Moscow the two presidents discussed both bilateral cooperation and issues on the international agenda. Following the talks the two leaders signed a joint actions plan for 2013-2015 and a memorandum to cooperate in development of emergency response systems and possible development of additional navigation information services. Before that the two Heads of state attended a session of the Collective Security Board of the Collective Security Treaty Organization [an intergovernmental military alliance which was signed on 15 May 1992] and a sitting of the EurAsEC Interstate Council.
