Abay Bissembayev has appointed been head of the department of Kazakhstan Presidential Affairs, Tengrinews.kz reports citing the President’s press-service. “Abay Bissembayev is appointed head of the Department of Kazakhstan Presidential Affairs,” Nursultan Nazarbayev’s decree declared. Earlier Bissembayev held the position of deputy head of the Department of Kazakhstan Presidential Affairs. President also decreed to release Omarkhan Oksikbayev from the position of chairman of the Accounts Commission for Control over Implementation of the State Budget and Serik Umbetov from the position of Head of the Department of Kazakhstan Presidential Affairs because of their transfer to other positions. Earlier Tengrinews.kz English reported that Nursultan Nazarbayev signed a decree releasing Aslan Mussin from the position of head of the Presidential Administration and appointing him chairman of the Accounts Commission .
