KazTransOil, KPMG and different medical companies scored 5 percent of votes each. According to the company, the survey also helped identify the major factors that are important for students in their selection. They are career opportunities, stability of work/guarantees, high salaries and good working conditions. The preferred sectors for employment include oil and gas (39 percent), public offices (38 percent) and banks (26 percent). Construction is the least interesting sector for students (2 percent of respondents). Besides, the company’s press-service says that a new concept of centralized trainings of the young experts to meet the needs of KazMunaiGas group is currently being discussed.
