Two Kazakhstan citizens are among еру owners of London’s most expensive apartments in One Hyde Park elite residential complex, The Daily Mail writes.
The widow of the chairman of TuranAlem bank Yerzhan Tatishev, singer Anar Aitzhanova and president and major shareholder of Kazakhmys corporation Vladimir Kim own apartments neighboring with those of supermodel Naomi Campbell and her boyfriend Russian tycoon Vladislav Doronin.
The residential complex is located next to one of London’s main sights, Hyde Park. The cost of one square meter of these apartments reaches $100 thousand. Only 17 out of 76 apartments have been sold so far.
Apartments in One Hyde Park are also owned by Prime-Minister of Qatar Sheikh Hamad bin Jassim bin Jaber Al Thani, founders of Candy&Candy Nick and Christian Candy and the richest person of Ukraine Rinat Akhmetov.
The complex has a 21m swimming pool, cinema, wine cellar, golf simulator, gym and banquet room. Room service is provided by the five-star Mandarin Oriental hotel next door. The building’s first floor has Rolex and McLaren Automotive stores.
