Kazakhstan President Nursultan Nazarbayev has signed the law ratifying the Convention between Kazakhstan and Luxembourg to Avoid Double Taxation, Tengrinews reports citing the presidential press-service. The law that Nazarbayev signed is called the "Law on Ratification of the Convention between the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the Government of the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg for the avoidance of double taxation with respect to taxes on income and for the prevention of fiscal evasion, and of the Protocol between the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the Government of the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg on amendments and addenda to the Convention between the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the Government of the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg for the avoidance of double taxation with respect to taxes on income and for the prevention of fiscal evasion singed on June 26, 2008 in Astana".
