Italy ready to extradite criminals to Kazakhstan

Italy is ready to extradite the criminals to Kazakhstan, Tengrinews.kz reports citing Italian Ambassador Alberto Pieri as saying during his conversation with the first deputy General Prosecutor of Kazakhstan Iogan Merkel. “The Italian party has stated its readiness to attached all the required efforts to sign in the nearest time the interstate agreements on mutual legal support in criminal cases, on extradition of criminals and transfer of sentenced persons,” the press-service of the Kazakhstan General Prosecutor’s office writes. Iogan Merkel told Alberto Pieri about the work of the General Prosecutor’s office and noted that pointed out that the expanding international legal cooperation in bilateral format was one of the key components of the activities of Kazakhstan prosecutors.
