Turkish Prime Minister Recep Tayyip Erdoğan to come to Kazakhstan

Turkish Prime Minister Recep Tayyip Erdoğan plans to come to Kazakhstan on a visit before the end of 2011, Press Service of the Kazakhstan’s Foreign Ministry reported August 18. Foreign Minister Kazaykhanov met PM Recep Tayyip Erdoğan in Istanbul on the sidelines of an Organization of Islamic Cooperation (OIC) sitting on Somali to discuss preparations for the PM’s visit to Kazakhstan. Tengrinews.kz earlier reported that while in Istanbul Foreign Minister Erzhan Kazykhanov and Cooperation Council of Turkic Speaking States (CCTS) Secretary General Halil Akıncı had discussed prep work for the first CCTS summit to be held in Kazakhstan October 20-21.
