Tengrinews.kz - The Head of State held a meeting on the preparations for the 5th World Nomad Games, citing Akorda.
During the meeting, issues related to the readiness of the national team, as well as sports complexes, hotels, and cultural facilities, were reviewed. Reports on the functioning of public transportation, ensuring security, and maintaining cleanliness during the competition days were also heard.
The President emphasized that the Nomad Games are the largest international competitions in traditional sports. He highlighted the importance of organizing all events at a high level and the need to create comfortable conditions for guests and athletes, as well as to introduce them to Kazakhstan's rich history and culture.
Reports were given by First Deputy Prime Minister Roman Sklyar, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs Murat Nurtleu, Minister of Tourism and Sports Yerbol Myrzabosynov, Akim of Astana Zhenis Kassymbek, Minister of Culture and Information Aida Balayeva, Minister of Internal Affairs Yerzhan Sadenov, and Minister of Health Akmaral Alnazarova.
Also, preparations for the 5th World Nomad Games presented to President Tokayev.
