Embassy of Libya in Kazakhstan has raised the rebels flag, Tengrinews.kz reports. Diplomatic mission “is officially under flagship of the National Transition Council formed by Libyan opposition.” Respective note is expected to be sent to Kazakhstan Ministry of Foreign Affairs today, August 25. The majority of Libyan representative offices abroad have already changed green flags for tricolor opposition flag. According to Russian media, Libyan embassy in Moscow hauled down the green flag of the Great Socialist People's Libyan Arab Jamahiriya.
