One more victim of the shell explosion in Kazakhstan has died in a hospital, Tengrinews.kz reports citing Aktar Abdildin, press-secretary of the Chief Military Prosecutor Office of Kazakhstan. The tragic accident that claimed 3 lives and left 5 more people with severe thermal burns happened on August 27 at KazakhVzryvprom JSC ammunition utilization facility in Otar. “The explosion happened during utilization of 122mm blank cartridges in the de-cartridging bloc,” the message states. The first two victims - Aldabergenov and Yessembayeva - died in a hospital shortly after the blast without regaining conscience. Sagiyev who was yesterday reported to be in a very grave condition died in the intensive care unit today, on August 29. Mamutov and Baitemirov were transferred from the military hospital to Korday Central Regional Hospital for further treatment. Muzdybayev was discharged from the hospital on August 28. Berdaliyev is still in the military hospital.
