Tengrinews.kz - According to QazAvtoZhol, traffic will be restricted on a number of highways due to worsening weather conditions.

From 12:30 PM on February 24, restrictions will be imposed on the movement of freight and public transport on the following national highways:

Kostanay region:

Kostanay - Auliekol - Surgan highway, section from the 8th to the 232nd kilometer (from the city of Tobyl to the border with Akmola region).

Akmola region:

Kostanay - Auliekol - Surgan highway, section from the 232nd to the 260th kilometer (from the border with Kostanay region to the village of Surgan);

highway Zhaksy – Yesil – Buzuluk, section from the 71st to the 82nd kilometer (from the village of Aksau to the village of Buzuluk);

highway Zhezkazgan - Petropavlovsk, section from 536 to 553 kilometers (from the village of Buzuluk to the village of Surgan).

The opening of these sites is scheduled for February 24 at 8 PM.
