Kazakhstan team Astana won the tenth stage of Dakar, the tournament’s official website writes. The team is made of the pilot Arthur Ardavichus, navigator Aleksei Kuzmich and mechanic Nurlan Turlubayev. The Kazkahstan team covered the distance of 377 km in 5 hours 6 minutes 11 seconds. Russian team KAMAZ-master was 2 minutes 18 seconds behind Astana. The overall leader, Dutch racer Gerard De Rooy was ranked third. The tenth stage of the race was held between Chilean cities Iquique and Arica. There are four stages left. Before the next stage, Astana is ranked third in Dakar’s overall.
