Muay Thai: Two Kazakhstan fighters become European championsips

Kazakhstan fighters Vadim Loparev and Yelaman Sayasatov have won Muay Thai champion titles at the IFMA-EMF European Championship in Lisbon, Portugal, Vesti.kz reports. Muay Thai is a combat sport from the muay martial arts of Thailand that uses stand-up striking along with various clinching techniques. Yelaman Sayasatov from Atyrau won the gold medal in the -45kg division of juniors. And seniors team representative Vadim Loparev from Kaskelen town near Almaty took the gold in the -75kg class. The IFMA-EMF European Championship was held from July 23 to July 29 and included seniors A and B classes and juniors divisions.
