Teemu Lassila from Novokuznetsk Metallurgist was named the best goal-keeper. He missed an average of 1.79 goals and repelled 94% of attacks during the last ten matches. Yevgeny Kuznetsov from Chelyabinsk Tractor collected 12 (6+6) points in nine matches and became the Best Striker.
Stanislav Bocharov from Yugra (Khanty-Mansisk) became the best newcomer. He scored three goals, made two handoffs and got +3 effectiveness index in the last eight matches.
CHL Commission that defined the best hockey players of 2011-2012 season took into consideration the statistics indexes of the players' performance that were passed by CHL Central Information Bureau on Statistics and Analytics.
