Kazakhstan’s Rustam Malikov has won the World Arm-Wrestling Championship for the second time, Vesti.kz reports citing yk.kz. The 20-y.o. athlete from Ust-Kamenogorsk won among 800 sportsmen from 49 countries. It is notable that Malikov “pinned” his competitors with his left arm, even though he is right-handed. The sportsman received Kazakhstan’s Honored Master of Sports title for his second gold medal. “I was ready for the tournament. And I proved that I am the best in my category,” Malikov said. In general, Kazakhstan team was fourth overall at the championship.
