Kazakhstan representative Aigerim Kozhakhan, 19, from Almaty failed to make it into the final of the beauty pageant Miss Universe 2013 in Moscow, Tengrinews reports. Miss Costa-Rica, Miss Ukraine, Miss China, Miss Ecuador, Miss Philippines, Miss Great Britain, Miss Indonesia, Miss Venezuela, Miss Dominican Republic, Miss Puerto Rico, Miss Spain, Miss USA, Miss Nicaragua, Miss Switzerland, Miss India and Miss Brazil were selected for the TOP 16 of the most beautiful girls of the Universe. Miss Russia Elmira Abdrazakova, who was born in Pavlodar oblast in Kazakhstan, was also among the favorites, but didn't advanced to the final either. Venezuelan television presenter Gabriela Isler, 25, was selected the Miss Universe winner from 86 contestants. Last year's winner Olivia Culpo of the United States placed a diamond crown on the head of Gabriela, who wore a silver rhine-stone studded evening dress. Gabriela's triumph was the seventh Miss Universe win for Venezuela, where beauty pageants are a source of national pride. "I have a lot of emotions. I can't describe all the things that I feel at this moment because I'm shaking," Gabriela said. The winner signed an exclusive contract with Miss Universe Organization. Gabriela will the fulfilling the contest's obligations for one year. Aerosmith frontman Steve Tyler, the chairman of the jury, performed at the final show of the contest.
