Kazakhstan Ambassador to Finland and Estonia appointed

Kazakhstan Ambassador to Finland and Estonia has been appointed, Tengrinews.kz reports citing the President’s official website. “Galymzhan Koishybayev has been appointed ambassador extraordinary and plenipotentiary to Finland and ambassador extraordinary and plenipotentiary to Estonia,” the website writes. Galymzhan Koishybayev was born on April 12, 1986, in Kyzylorda. He graduated from Lomonosov Moscow State University at Philosophy major. At different periods he worked as chief inspector of Kazakhstan President’s Administration and special envoy of Kazakhstan Foreign Ministry. He also previously combined the duties of ambassador extraordinary and plenipotentiary to Lithuania and Latvia, Estonia and Finland.
