Tengrinews.kz – President Kassym-Jomart Tokayev held a telephone conversation with the Prime Minister of Luxembourg, Luc Frieden, according to the Akorda press service.
During the conversation, the two sides discussed the current state and prospects for developing bilateral cooperation, with a particular focus on mutually beneficial collaboration in the fields of energy, finance, digital technologies, innovation, and other sectors.
Additionally, Tokayev and Frieden emphasized the importance of leveraging the potential of EU-level partnerships and enhancing cooperation with Benelux countries.
Luxembourg is a country in Western Europe and a founding member of the European Union since 1957. It is also a member of NATO, the OECD, and the United Nations, and together with Belgium and the Netherlands, forms part of the Benelux union.
Earlier today, President Kassym-Jomart Tokayev congratulated the A.N. Syzganov National Scientific Center of Surgery. Recently, the center successfully performed the country’s first-ever complex triple cross kidney transplant.
