Tengrinews.kz – Kazakh airline SCAT has addressed passengers and announced temporary changes to the schedule of several flights.
The reason is force majeure circumstances, specifically damage to the airline’s aircraft caused by bird strikes.
The following changes were made to the Antalya – Astana and Aktobe – Antalya routes:
In Antalya, while waiting for the arrival of a backup aircraft, hotel accommodations have been extended for passengers. All conditions for a comfortable stay are provided. The flight is scheduled for June 23, 2025.
In Aktobe, passengers awaiting departure have been provided with hot meals and drinks. Airline representatives and tour operators are in constant contact with passengers, and the schedule is being adjusted as necessary.
Due to the redistribution of aircraft, flight delays may occur on June 23, 2025, on the following routes: Almaty – Sharm El Sheikh, Almaty – Antalya, and Antalya – Almaty.
The airline also announced that, due to the international situation and temporary restrictions on flights in certain air zones, the Astana – Doha flight scheduled for June 23 has been canceled.
