Tengrinews.kz – During an expanded government meeting today, President Kassym-Jomart Tokayev stated that the government must eliminate excessive bureaucracy and work more efficiently.
"What's going on? Has the anti-corruption agency overwhelmed, oppressed, and intimidated everyone? Let's address this issue too. But decisions must be made. Especially since I’ve said that the government is being granted greater powers. The Presidential Administration no longer has the right to interfere in the government’s operational activities. Make decisions," the President emphasized.
As a reminder, an expanded meeting is being held in Astana with the President's participation. The meeting will review the country's socio-economic development results for 2024 and outline key tasks for the near future.
