Astana Airport changes operating schedule again

Tengrinews.kz – Starting June 1, 2026, Astana Airport returned to normal operations after the completion of scheduled runway repairs. This was reported by the airport’s press service.

The airport noted that flights are now operating according to airline schedules, without temporary time restrictions.

“Aircraft servicing is being carried out in full, with no time restrictions. During the repairs, airfield service specialists carried out a set of measures aimed at maintaining a high level of flight safety and the operational reliability of the airfield,” the press service noted.

As a reminder, the repair work lasted for more than a month, from April 15 to May 31, 2026. During this period, the runway was closed daily from 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., which temporarily shifted some flights to morning and evening hours.
