According to the press service of the Ministry of Transport, 91 flights have been added to date.
SCAT Airlines
Added 39 flights:
- Astana – Almaty – Astana: +16 flights.
- Almaty – Shymkent: +10 flights.
- Almaty – Moscow: +7 flights.
- Almaty – Zhezkazgan: +2 flights.
- Almaty – Aktobe: +2 flights.
- Astana – Shymkent: +1 flight.
- Almaty – Ust-Kamenogorsk: +1 flight.
Air Astana Airlines
Added 10 flights:
- Astana – Almaty: +10 flights.
It is specified that an increase in flights to other destinations is also being worked out.
FlyArystan Airlines
Added 39 flights:

The ministry also clarified that during this period "no increase in tariffs on domestic routes is planned."
Earlier, the Ministry of Transport has announced an increase in train services across Kazakhstan from December 13, 2024, to January 9, 2025, to meet the heightened demand during Independence Day and New Year celebrations.
