What’s interesting about it?

At the time of its construction in 1967, the Almaty Hotel was the first high-rise building in a seismic zone. The latest, at that time, architectural solutions were used in its design. The building of the hotel, built in the modernist style, looked like a curved bow. This form of building was proposed by the head of the republic Dinmukhamed Kunaev, to close the corners of Panfilov and Kalinin streets. An interesting fact is that the first director of the hotel was a legendary person - Rakhimzhan Koshkarbaev, who hoisted the Victory Banner at the Reichstag in 1945.

What kind of entertainment is there?
