What’s interesting about it?

It is the newest and first private theater in Kazakhstan. Opening its doors in 2022, the Almaty Theater positions itself as a multi-functional venue. The new theater has a total area of almost 14 thousand square meters. The theater facade is lined with natural stone and decorated with decorative relief patterns. The stained-glass windows have a graceful wave-like shape. Its auditorium is decorated with wood paneling and equipped with emerald velvet chairs, accommodating up to 700 people.

What kind of entertainment is there?

It hosts performances by touring artists and operates an art gallery. A professional ballet troupe performs in the theater, offering viewers a completely new vision of classical ballet. There is also a ballet studio for children and adults, restaurants, and coffee shops. Masterclasses, presentations, training, and seminars are also held there.

When is the best time to visit?

Most performances start in the evening, at 18.00. To avoid traffic jams during rush hour, you should plan your visit.
