Terrorists apprehension operation has been as held in Atyrau, Interfax-Kazakhstan reports. Law-enforcement authorities have not diclosed any information on whether the criminals were apprehended. The special operation was held by special security forces in the densely populated Avangard region. The forces surrounded a building and were controlling the perimeter of 50 meters. Then they evacuated all its residents. According to the agency, there were no shots heard during the operation. After the cordon was withdrawn, people were allowed to go back home, while 3 mini-buses with dark windows left the area. Law-enforcement authorities did not give any details of the operation. Two explosions happened in Atyrau in the morning of October 31. The first blast was in the garbage can at Kulmanov street. Later an unknown man blew himself up in Saryarka region.
