French luxury exhibition Vitrine du Luxe Français au Kazakhstan 2013 will be held in Almaty’s Rixos hotel (at the crossing of Seifullin and Kabanbai batyr streets) on June 5-6, Tengrinews.kz reports citing the Embassy of France in Kazakhstan. The exhibition will start at 10:00 a.m. on June 5 and will include presentations of French luxury companies, such as French heritage brands Paraboot, Texier, Fonderie de Laguiole and world-famous jewelry companies Waskoll, Lorenza Paris and Roure. Luxury porcelain ware will be represented by Design Sophie Villepigue and Etablissements Coquet. The exhibition held under the auspices of Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of France to Kazakhstan Jean-Charles Berthonnet is called to demonstrate know-hows of French luxury producers and attract Kazakhstan buyers interested in high-class goods. The event will also include master classes on French-style table setting and incrustation by SWAROVSKI crystals and gems. The exhibition’s opening ceremony will be held at 05:00 p.m. on June 4 and will include a press-conference and a closed VIP cocktail for special guests and representatives of Kazakhstan’s luxury industry that will be attended by the General Consular of France in Kazakhstan Guillaume Narjollet. The Trade Mission of French Embassy in Kazakhstan plans to organize similar events in Kazakhstan to improve the economic ties between France and Kazakhstan, as well as to help French companies access the Kazakhstan market.
