Yerzhan Kazykhanov has been appointed the Ambassador of Kazakhstan in the United Kingdom and Republic of Ireland, Tengrinews reports citing Akorda.

Yerzhan Kazykhanov has been appointed the Ambassador of Kazakhstan in the United Kingdom and Republic of Ireland, Tengrinews reports citing Akorda.

“Yerzhan Kazykhanov has been appointed Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary Ambassador of Kazakhstan in the United Kingdom and Republic of Ireland,” the presidential decree stated.

The former Ambassador in the UK and Ireland Kairat Abuseitov was appointed as an Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary Ambassador of Kazakhstan in Norway.

Yerzhan Kazykhanov worked as an assistant to President. From April 11, 2011 to September 28, 2012, Kazykhanov worked as the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Kazakhstan.
