Pursuing the lawsuits filed by BTA Bank against its former head Mukhtar Ablyazov, the London High Court has expanded the list of assets and companies banned from any transactions, Tengrinews.kz reports citing the bank's press-service. "BTA Bank reports that London's High Court has issued new rulings expanding the list of assets and companies banned from any transactions and transferred under control of the managers appointed by the court, pursuing the lawsuit filed by the Bank against its former chairman Mukhtar Ablyazov," the message states. In particular, the updated list includes such assets as Kplus-tv.net, stan.tv, Respublika-kz.com. Earlier the official representative of Kazakhstan General Prosecutor's office Nurdaulet Suindikov announced that Almaty prosecutors had filed a lawsuit calling to acknowledge 8 newspapers and 23 websites part of the Respublika Media and suspend their operation and distribution at the territory of Kazakhstan, as well as Vzglyad newspaper and its mirror Internet websites and foreign media (K+ TV-channel and Stan-TV and Internet website mirroring or reproducing them).
