According to him, developed countries face lots of disasters; however, the tragedies do not call for such sizeable amounts of public money as in our country.
“In favorable times grain producers want to be self-reliable; and in time of trouble they ask for help, at the same time demanding the government not to intervene”, President believes.
“It’s easy to ask for money out of the National Oil Fund. The $ 10 billion allocated to combat the financial crisis is gone. There is no pay-off”, he said.
