The Ministry of Interior of Great Britain has ordered Alisher Apsalyamov, 23, from Kazakhstan to leave the position of Chief Scout in Wales football club Cardiff City, Vesti.kz reports. The Kazakhstan national has some visa issues, and while the investigation is underway he can't continue his work in the football club. Alisher was appointed Chief Scout of FC Cardiff City on October 9, 2013. This appointment was widely disapproved by the British public. The critics said that Alisher had no work experience or suitable education to do the job. The owner of the club Vincent Tan initiated the appointment.
