Annual jazz festival to be held in Almaty in April

The annual jazz festival will be held on April 3-5 this year in Kazakhstan, Tengrinews.kz reports citing the organizers. The jazz fest will include performances of musicians from France, Holland, Hungary, Austria, the United States and Turkey. Besides, Almaty residents will get a chance to listen to Kazakhstan jazz performers as well. David Reinhardt quintet and Mike del Ferro will be the first to perform on the first day of the festival. The second day will start with performances of Austrian The Mary Poppins and will be continued by Hungarian K.Basco quartet. American Misha Tsyganov trio and Turkish Bari Duyarlar quartet will close the festival. The jazz fest will be held in Zhambyl State Philharmonic Hall at #23 Tole be street (corner of Kaldayakov street) in Almaty.
