The number of mobile telephony users made up 25.2 million, 30.1% up against 2010”, according to the State Agency for Statistics. The Internet services industry grew by 53,2% as compared to 2010, with Internet services to households growing by 75.7%. According to the State Agency for Statistics, Internet users are aged 6-74. The 2011 telecom industry revenues made up $3.9 million, 23.3% up against 2010. Mobile telephony accounted for most of the revenues (50.6%).
