Tengrinews.kz – President of Kazakhstan Kassym-Jomart Tokayev congratulated judges and court employees on their professional holiday, according to Akorda.
"For everyone involved in the administration of justice, this year holds special symbolic significance. Thirty years ago, Kazakhstan adopted its Constitution — a solid foundation of our independence and the protection of citizens' rights and freedoms. A strong and independent judiciary plays a key role in upholding the rule of law and affirming the fundamental principle of 'Law and Order'," said Tokayev.
He noted that systemic reforms in this strategically important area are being consistently implemented.
"Judicial proceedings are being continuously improved, management processes optimized, and advanced digital technologies introduced. Starting July 1, three independent cassation courts — for criminal, civil, and administrative cases — will begin operating. This will significantly expand institutional opportunities for citizens and businesses to defend their rights and legitimate interests. People's faith in justice largely depends on the professionalism of judges, their integrity, and impartiality in handling any case. This is a high and responsible mission that requires impeccable legal knowledge and a strong commitment to the letter and spirit of the law. I express my gratitude to the judiciary, court staff, and veterans for their conscientious work and dedication to their vocation. I am confident you will make a significant contribution to building a truly Just Kazakhstan. I wish you all health, well-being, and success!" emphasized the President.
