Tengrinews.kz - Kazakhstan is bracing for unstable weather in the coming days. According to Kazhydromet, most of the country will experience rain and thunderstorms, with localized squalls and hail possible. At the same time, extreme heat will persist in several regions.
A slow-moving western cyclone will continue to affect most of the territory, maintaining unsettled weather conditions.
Forecasters predict rain and thunderstorms, reinforced by gusty winds and squalls, with possible hail. Heavy rains are expected on June 9-11 in the northwest and north, and on June 11 in southeastern Kazakhstan. The weather will remain mostly dry in the east at the start of the period and in the southwest from mid-period onward.
Daytime temperatures in the west will rise to 27-35°C, while northern regions will see a drop to 17-28°C. In the northeast and center, the heat will subside to 25-33°C, and in the south and southeast to 27-35°C, while the east will remain hot with temperatures reaching 32-39°C.
