Tengrinews.kz – Russia and Kazakhstan have a special allied relationship, stated Russian President Vladimir Putin during a meeting with heads of international news agencies in St. Petersburg, according to RIA Novosti.
The Russian president held a meeting with representatives from news agencies of the United States, the United Kingdom, Germany, France, China, and Turkey.
“We have a special relationship with Kazakhstan - this is obvious and well understood. These are allied relations in the truest sense of the word,” Putin said.
At the same meeting, the Russian leader also commented on a possible meeting with European leaders and Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky, as well as on the conflict between Iran and Israel.
