Tengrinews.kz – President of Kazakhstan Kassym-Jomart Tokayev held talks with President of Bulgaria Rumen Radev, according to Akorda.
During the closed-format talks, Kassym-Jomart Tokayev emphasized that he attaches special importance to Rumen Radev’s visit in terms of further strengthening Kazakh-Bulgarian partnership.

“Bulgaria is an important partner of Kazakhstan in Europe, with whom we share strong political and economic ties. Cooperation is developing in politics, trade, investment, and the humanitarian sphere. Around 60 Bulgarian companies are successfully operating in the Kazakh market. Our partnership is actively progressing in industry, transport, and construction, and also holds potential in energy, logistics, the green economy, nuclear sector, space, agriculture, digitalization, healthcare, and tourism,” said the President of Kazakhstan.
In turn, Rumen Radev expressed gratitude to the Head of State for the warm welcome. He emphasized that he highly values the level of partnership between the two countries and looks forward to expanding cooperation across all areas of the bilateral agenda.

“Bulgaria values its warm and fruitful relations with Kazakhstan and considers it a priority partner in Central Asia. We admire your achievements in the economy, science, education, and technology. I was particularly impressed by the visit to the National Space Center,” added the President of Bulgaria.
