According to the database, the wanted individual is 47-year-old Turkish national Baran Abdulkadir. The search notice was registered on July 1, 2026.
The Ministry of Internal Affairs is listed as the initiating authority.
The ministry confirmed to Tengrinews.kz that the wanted man is a citizen of Türkiye and is suspected of committing large-scale theft.

Further details of the criminal case, including the suspect's possible whereabouts, have not been disclosed.
Earlier, Tengrinews.kz reported that a Latvian citizen had also been placed on Kazakhstan's wanted list. As in the current case, the information was published on the Legal Statistics and Special Records Portal. At the time, police said the foreign national was suspected of committing a criminal offense but did not disclose further details.
