Tengrinews.kz – The exchange rate of the US dollar on Kazakhstan’s trading floors on December 3 has been announced.
Following the daytime trading session on the Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), the weighted-average dollar rate amounted to 503.89 tenge, decreasing by 4.07 tenge. Thus, the rate has approached the “psychological threshold” of 500 tenge per dollar, considered an important benchmark for the market.
The official National Bank rate for December 3 is 508.20 tenge per dollar.
According to kurs.kz, the current average dollar exchange rate in exchange offices in Astana and Almaty is:
Average dollar rate in Almaty exchange offices:
- buying – 504.71 tenge;
- selling – 507.03 tenge.
Average dollar rate in Astana exchange offices:
- buying – 502.52 tenge;
- selling – 509.52 tenge.
