Tengrinews.kz - Kazakhstanis can now track their credit and insurance history. A new service is now available on eGov.

The eGov Mobile app has launched a new service called the "A Guide to Credit and Insurance History," according to the press service of "National Information Technologies" JSC. Users can now track their credit and insurance history and evaluate their overall creditworthiness online.

The service is divided into two sections: "Credit" and "Insurance," providing up-to-date information about loans and insurance services previously obtained by the user, based on data from State Credit Bureau JSC.

In the "Credit" section, users can view a report on their credit history over the past five years, active loans, and a credit score—a measure of their creditworthiness. The score is generated based on the user's history and serves as a personal assessment of their credit reputation.

In the "Insurance" section, users can access a comprehensive report on previously concluded insurance contracts and policies, as well as information on the bonus-malus class, which affects the cost of mandatory auto insurance.

All features of the new service are provided free of charge.

To use the service, users need to:

  • Log in to the eGov Mobile app, navigate to the "Other Services" section, and select "SCB. A Guide to Credit and Insurance History";
  • Provide consent for the use of personal data;
  • Review information on loans and insurance contracts;
  • Download a credit and/or insurance report;
  • Save the files to their smartphone if necessary.

Let us remind you that we previously reported on a new eGov service that now provides Kazakhstani citizens with access to information on military service.
