“We inform you that a criminal case has already been initiated regarding the dissemination of this false information, and those responsible will be held accountable,” stated the press service of the agency.

Reminder: On May 13, the trial in the case of the murder of Saltanat Nukenova concluded in Astana. Former Minister of National Economy Kuandyk Bishimbayev was found guilty of torturing and murdering his wife and was sentenced to 24 years in prison.

His brother, Bakhytzhan Baizhanov, was found guilty of concealing the crime and sentenced to four years in prison.
