Building catches fire in the foothills of Almaty

Tengrinews.kz - A fire broke out on the territory of the Remizovka gardening cooperative, located in the Bostandyk district of Almaty.

According to the press service of the Almaty Department of Emergency Situations, a residential building was reportedly on fire.

"On June 25 at 5:13 p.m., emergency services responded to a fire in the Bostandyk district (Remizovka). A one-story house was burning, with the affected area preliminarily estimated at 80 square meters," the department reported.

Eighteen personnel and three fire trucks were dispatched to the scene.

Previously, a fire broke out on June 11 in a barracks-type residential house in Almaty.
