Airline warns Kazakhstan passengers about flight delays

Tengrinews.kz – The well-known airline Qazaq Air (Vietjet Qazaqstan) has announced flight delays, according to an official statement on the carrier’s Telegram channel.

“On October 14–15, some flights are being operated with sequential delays due to operational reasons, including the temporary closure of the runway at our base airport in Astana,” the company said.

All passengers affected by the delays have been notified.

“They are being provided with hotel accommodation, hot meals, and transfers, as well as free rebooking or full ticket refunds,” the airline added.

The company apologized for any inconvenience caused.
