4.1-magnitude quake struck 323km from Almaty

A 4.1-magnitude earthquake struck at the territory of China, Tengrinews.kz reports citing European-Mediterranean Seismological Center. The shocks were registered on August 13 at 10:48 a.m. (Astana time). The epicenter of the quake was at the depth of 1km and 323km south of Almaty. No casualties were reported. A 3.2-magnitude earthquake struck at the territory of Kyrgyzstan on August 3. The epicenter was at the depth of 6km and 110km south of Almaty and 34km north-east of Kyzyl-Tuu village (Kyrgyzstan).
