According to the press-service, criminal police officers apprehended a 26-y.o. unemployed citizen, previously unconvicted, who raped the 14-y.o. school girl in the pediatric department of the city hospital. “A criminal case was initiated on rape charges. A recognizance not to leave was selected as the restraint measure towards the apprehended person,” the press-service writes.
