Tengrinews.kz - Flydubai has extended the suspension of flights to Russian cities until January 22.
Representatives of the airline announced the extension of the temporary suspension of flights from Dubai to Mineralnye Vody and Sochi in response to our inquiry.
"Flydubai flights between Dubai International Airport (DXB) and Mineralnye Vody Airport (MRV), as well as Sochi Airport (AER), are temporarily suspended until January 22, 2025, inclusive, due to operational reasons," the airline noted.
Passengers with existing bookings are offered the opportunity to change their departure date or receive a full refund.
"Passengers are also advised to contact the flydubai contact center in Dubai at (+971) 600 54 44 45, the flydubai sales office, or the relevant travel agent for rebooking or refund options. We apologize for any inconvenience caused to our passengers' travel schedules," the airline representatives said.
It is worth noting that the Kazakh airline Qazaq Air has also suspended some flights to Russia. The carrier announced the temporary suspension of flights on the Astana – Yekaterinburg route. For more details, follow the link.
