Two Kazakhstan swimmers qualified for Paralympics, Tengrinews.kz reports, citing Astana Tourism, Physical Education and Sport press-office. “Diana Supayeva (eyesight), international master of sport, gained the first spot in 400-meter free-style swim. Anuar Akhmetov (eyesight), Astana swimmer, won a largest number of spots and will take part in 50-meter and 100-meter free-style, 100-meter backstroke and 100-meter butterfly swim in 2012 Paralympic Games,” the Departments press-office said. One more Astana citizen Mikhail Yeremenko, international master of sport, lacks as little as 0.08 seconds in 100-meter backstroke to qualify for the Games. However it is not the last chance for Mikhail. He will take part in the next qualifying tournament that will be held in Tyumen, Russia on April 23-29.
