Kazakhstan's Astana hockey club Barys has cancelled the contract with left winger Jon Mirasty of Canada, the official website of the club reports. The message also reads that the cancellation was by mutual consent.
“The hockey player played 10 matches for the club and got 17 minutes of penalties. He scored one goal (0+1) in the goal plus pass system,” the press release reads.
Mirasty started playing for Barys in 2012. He spent around three minutes on the ice in each match with zero efficiency. Earlier he was caped for Czech Vityaz for one season.
